Shipping and returns
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Currently, we only deliver within Sweden and the EU. Our deliveries are made through Postnord MyPack Collect (parcel agent) and DHL Service Point (parcel agent).
- All shipments are notified via SMS.
- Estimated delivery time: 1-5 working days.
- Track your shipment at: www.postnord.se.
As a customer, you are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Once the parcel has been sent, we cannot change the delivery address or recipient name. Please note that during holidays or promotional periods, delivery times may be extended.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN
In accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. (Does not apply to goods under SEK 400).
To exercise your right, email us at hello@houseoffirefly.com. The product's original packaging must be in original condition, including all protective materials.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including uncollected parcels.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and check the product.
COMPLAINTS
If an item is faulty, defective, or damaged in transit, please email us at hello@houseoffirefly.com no later than 7 days after delivery.
Before returning the goods, the customer must provide proof of the defect (preferably a picture). The cost of returning defective goods shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. If shipping damage occurs, include your order and item number in your email.
