GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions of sale apply between House of Firefly (org number: 559002-7081) and the customer.
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order in our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. Always check your confirmation and contact us by email if anything seems unclear. If you wish to change an order afterwards, send an email to hello@houseoffirefly.com and we will see if we can help you!
House of Firefly delivers within Sweden and the EU.
We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies in pricing, product descriptions or other information that appears on our website.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are in EUR and include VAT.
Shipping costs will be added unless otherwise stated. The shipping cost depends on the delivery address, but the total shipping cost is clearly stated at checkout before your order is finalized.
At House of Firefly, you can choose to pay by card or via KLARNA.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Currently, we only deliver within Sweden and the EU.
Our deliveries are made through Postnord MyPack Collect (Parcel Agent). and DHL Service Point (Parcel Agent.) All shipments to delivery points are sent as parcels and notified via SMS. The estimated delivery time for this option is normally 1-5 working days. You can track your shipment using a tracking number or parcel number, which will be sent to you in the email confirming that your order has been dispatched. By following the link in the email or visiting www.postnord.se you can track your shipment.
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that you have provided correct delivery details when ordering and that you can provide proof of identity when collecting the parcel. Once the parcel has been sent, we cannot change the delivery address or recipient name. As notification is via SMS, it is essential that you provide a correct mobile phone number that can receive SMS.
Please note that during holidays and promotional periods, delivery times may be extended. If a product is out of stock or if a delivery delay occurs, we will contact you to provide an estimated delivery time or offer a refund.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN
In accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of cancellation does not apply to goods priced at SEK 400 or below.
To exercise your right of cancellation, send an email to us at hello@houseoffirefly.com and inform us that you wish to return the product.
For an approved return, the product's original packaging must be in original condition, including the contents and all protective packaging.
Refunds for returns are made in the same way as payment for the purchase. If you wish to return your purchase or if you do not receive your delivery as agreed, House of Firefly will charge you for the return shipping. This also applies to postal parcels that have not been collected. Even when using the right of cancellation, you as a customer (consumer) are responsible for the return shipping cost. The return cost is SEK XX regardless of size and number of packages.
After we have received and checked the product, a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs and any other costs, will be made within 14 days.
COMPLAINTS
If an item is faulty, defective, damaged in transit or mis-shipped, please email us at hello@houseoffirefly.com as soon as the damage is discovered, no later than 7 days after delivery.
Upon receipt of a complaint, an investigation of the goods will be initiated. Before returning the goods to us, it is incumbent on the customer to provide proof of the alleged defect, preferably in the form of a picture. The cost of returning the defective goods shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
If any shipping damage occurs, please send us an email at hello@housesoffirefly.com with your order number and item number, and we will assist you in obtaining a replacement item.
WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
In order for you as a customer to feel secure with your purchase, House of Firefly provides a one-year warranty on all products. The warranty covers product and material defects that existed upon delivery.
The warranty does not apply to handling errors and/or if the product has been handled incorrectly or accidentally.
All our lamps are CE labelled.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
House of Firefly handles your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy, see below.
By shopping with us, you agree that we store and use your information to complete your purchase. You have the right to request access to the personal data we have stored about you and can request that this data be deleted or corrected at any time.
FORCE MAJEURE
We accept no liability for delays or failures in the performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes or other unforeseeable events (force majeure).
CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions of sale as necessary. The latest version will always be available on our website.
