SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Sweden and all countries within the EU.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery time is usually 1-5 working days. Please note that during holidays or special promotions, delivery times may be slightly extended.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at www.postnord.se.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
What is your return policy?
You have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (for items priced above SEK 400). The product and its original packaging must be in original condition.
How do I make a return?
Send us an email at hello@houseoffirefly.com before sending anything back. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

You can securely pay using credit/debit cards or via KLARNA.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at hello@houseoffirefly.com. If the order hasn't been processed yet, we will do our best to help you.
WARRANTY & PRODUCTS
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, we provide a one-year warranty on all products covering material and manufacturing defects present upon delivery.
Are your lamps safe?
Absolutely. All our lamps are CE labelled, ensuring they meet EU safety, health, and environmental protection requirements.
